![]() She is very knowledgeable, seems smart and genuinely caring, and makes an effort to answer questions. However, I do have to say I really like Dr. They really make it frustrating to be a patient of theirs. I spend a lot of my time coordinating the doctor’s office staff to fulfill requests from the aforementioned parties. It is very obvious that Buka’s practice cares nothing for communication outside the office with patients, their pharmacies and insurance companies. They are clearly understaffed, and the front desk suffers from too much turnover, as I always see new staff at the reception. Whenever I get prescriptions from my doctor, it takes forever for them to process any requests from my pharmacy such as a prior authorization. The office staff is so incredibly hard to work with. I wish I could give two separate reviews. This, after having bloodwork and three office visits just to get this ONE prescription, and it got botched, thus wasting me vast amounts of time and copays. I called the doctor’s office back, they said they would mark it as «high priority» and then I didn’t hear from them again until the next week, when the window to get the prescription filled had already closed. So I called the pharmacy and they said they doctor could call them with the information. I tried calling them twice within my prescription window, but when I called the receptionist was unhelpful and said the pharmacy would have to call them directly. While the offices were lovely, and the three physician’s assistants I saw were nice and knowledgeable, somewhere along the line they forgot to run one of the tests required by insurance to fill my prescription. My old dermatologist was not in-network on my insurance, so I randomly picked this one from my insurance’s doctor list. I had a very frustrating experience here. Buka’s office is horrible at responding to pharmacy requests so that usually holds up the process for at least a week. Thankfully my pharmacy always checks to see if they have a generic option. If you do become a patient here, when the doctor prescribes medication - be sure to tell them to put down a generic option too. I showed them the image of the cashed check from my banking app and they acted annoyed that I couldn’t just pay again and wait for a reimbursement or credit. I asked for a copy of the receipt so I could review and after 15 minutes of waiting they showed me the receipt and I noticed that they did not credit my account for a check that they cashed over a month ago. On my last visit, upon check-in, they told me I owed a balance - which I thought was odd since I always pay my invoices upon receiving them. It has taken their office almost 3 months to cash an $ 80 check. ![]() On several occasions I’ve received an invoice on a bill that I’ve already paid for. Their billing/invoicing system is atrocious. Btw, there always seems to be a delay - so don’t expect to be seen on time. Such as wearing hoodies with the hood over their head, wearing headphones when you are checking in/trying to ask a question and just not communicating properly with wait time if there is a delay. The front office staff are both unprofessional in manner and appearance. However, after my last visit they have undoubtedly lost me as a patient after I had to wait for more than 20 minutes, in the examination room while the PA was in the office next door chatting and flirting with the pharmaceutical rep. ![]() The only reason I come back each time because it is convenient for me to get to. If you run it on a folder, the photos are moved to the trash after you finish reviewing them in the app. If you run it on a photos library, the duplicate photos are moved to an album where you can once again review them, and then you can just do command + a and hit delete. For the autoselection process, you can have it choose which one to select based on things like size or how recent each copy is. You can either look through all the photos that it identifies as duplicates or allow it to autoselect which ones to delete. By default, it will only find duplicates in your photos library (the pictures in your Photos app), but you can also scan any folder on your computer as well. Would love to see a few, hopefully simple improvements: 1) ability to mark for deleting using custom filters like “all dups in _ folder,” 2) words in filenames like “conflict” or "(1)” should be triggers that it is probably the dup to mark, 3) ability to double click on the folder tree at the bottom to open Finder and examine folder contents or 4) right click and choose “mark all dups in this folder” would save tremendous amounts of time, 5) ability to select-all-from-selected-to-end would be great for when you don’t have time to finish reviewing the next ~1,000 pix, 6) ability to mark an unmarked dup and app would unselect the next-most-likely dup, 7) ability to mark all dups in a group for deletion when you don’t want the photo (e.g., blurry or temporary photo of my shopping list). I’ll be much more cautious when I start using it for my Photos Library. It crashed a couple times when handling several thousand photos, but no bad effects when deleting from my file folders.
